Entire failing plywood and asphalt shingle roof was removed. We are installing a new cedar shingle roof, laid atop a high-tech snow and ice shield set on pine board sheathing. First, we are restoring rotted roof structural members and reverting a repair done in the 1980’s to period correct timbers and joinery. The roof repair should be fully installed by year end.
